Dear Abby,
Hi. I'm having big boy trouble. I have two crushes and I think they both like me. What can I do?
Well, your best bet is to tell your crushes the truth (how you feel). If you tell them the truth, you will find the one that really care about you. Then break it to them gently that you still don't want to date them but maybe you could be friends?

Dear Abby, Goodbye by Brezeil H.
On January 14, 2013, Pauline Phillips, AKA Abby, passed away at 94 years of age of Alzheimer's. Phillips started "Dear Abby" in 1956, when she was 37. "Dear Abby" was an advice column in the paper and then soon became a household name. People just couldn't get enough of this amazing advice, so they started to write her letters and she wrote back. "Dear Abby" is still popular even 58 years later! I know that she was, is, and will be an idol to advice-givers everywhere. I also know that she is looked up to right here at SGC.
Dear Abby,
My mom keeps bugging me about my grades. I am getting eighties and ninties, but she wants me to get hundreds. She is getting really annoying with all this nonsense. I can pass third grade with a " C ". What should I do?
Well, my mother would get on me, too. They are just trying to get the best out of you. You should try to study and do better in whatever subject you are not doing well in. Work harder and she will let off a little bit. Part of this problem is because of your work effort towards school.

Dear Abby,
Two of my friends are going through problems. Please help them.
The first thing I would do is tell a teacher or a trusted adult. If they don't do anything, try to figure out what exactly they are having problems with.

Dear Abby,
So I have a friend who is a good friend, but can sometimes be rude to adults and to other students. She can be a smarty pants and she makes my friend cry and then says, "I didn't do anything, so I shouldn't apologize." Please help!
Tell your friend how you feel about what she's doing. If she listens, try to ask her why she does this and how it makes her feel. Tell her that you don't like her doing those things, but you still want to be her friend. If she refuses to stop and she doesn't listen, then maybe she's not the kind of friend you should be hanging out with. Try spending time with other friends or even making new ones.

Dear Abby,
A girl is being unkind to me and if I try to say anything bad to her, she just calls her boyfriend and he tries to buck up and scare me. What should I do?
Don't say anything and ignore her. Most people pick on others for attention, so showing her that you are aware gives her a sense of accomplishment and will only encourage her to do it more.

Dear Abby,
I want to walk my dogs after school but I have to do my homework before I walk my dogs. What should I do?
Although walking dogs is awesome, it's best to get your homework out of the way first. Whenever I finish my homework as soon as I get home, I don't have to worry about it later. Plus, I finish it faster while school is still fresh in my mind. So finish your homework first and you'll have plenty of time to walk your dogs later. :]

Dear Abby,
I always fight with my sister at home. She makes me mad and I can't help it. What should I do?
Everybody fights with their siblings, it's just part of life. A best way to avoid it is to do things that won't make her angry and try not to pick fights. When she makes you mad, walk away and calm down.

Dear Abby,
I am really bad at multiplication and division, but I study it all the time. What should I do?
If you have problems with math, ask your math teacher for tutoring or ask someone to help you.
Dear Abby,
There are two really mean people in my class, one has bad anger issues. The other is a smart mouth. What should I do?
You should tell the teacher that they are being mean to you and your classmates, as that is considered bullying.

Dear Abby,
Sometimes I talk out and get me and my friends in trouble. What can I do to help me keep from talking?
If you keep talking out, try talking more during free time to get it out of your system or think about how it may affect your friends.

Dear Abby,
How do you get good at math?
Try asking for extra tutoring or study parts that confuse you the most.

Dear Abby,
What do I do if someone likes me but I don't like them back?
You should be honest and tell him that you don't like him back. That would be the right thing to do.

Dear Abby,
What if I don't have time to do my homework at home?
If you don't have time to at home try to organize your time better. If you don't have time to do it at all, then discuss it with a teacher, parent or guidance counselor.

Dear Abby,
There is a crazy person in my class and he never stops talking. He pokes people and I don't know why and he sits next to me. What should I do?
First, you should nicely ask him to stop talking and poking people. If he still continues, tell a teacher.

Dear Abby,
What do I do when my friends go on and do something without me and look like they're having fun?
If your friends go, you should go with them, as long as it is not a bad thing to do.

Dear Abby,
I don't want to fight with my brother but we always end up fighting. What do I do?
When you feel like you want to fight with your brother, leave the room. If that does not work, have a talk with parents or someone you can trust to help you.

Dear Abby,
What does the C. stand for?
Claude Vernon Spratley.
Dear Abby,
What do I do if people that are older than me tease me about the way I do things?
Everyone does things differently, you have your way of doing things and other people have theirs. You wouldn't be you if you didn't do anything differently. Try to ignore and stick to what you prefer doing.
Dear Abby,
I really like a girl at my school. What should I do?
If your parents allow you to be in a relationship, try being nice to this girl.
